An Elite Vision

The Leadership

Juwaad Beg, the Chairman of Elite City Real Estate, studied Law at Holborn Law College in Kensington London. Subsequently, worked in various industries in the City of London, with a focus in Asset Management.

Since 2005, We have been focused on Developing Residential Real Estate Propositions in Prime Areas of Dubai.

The Objective has been quality over quantity at a reasonable price, with the end consumer being most satisfied. This is done with careful research and attention to every detail and a continuous analysis of the position of the market forces. The Investors should achieve healthy yields the tenants must get great facilities and services at best market rates and the asset should appreciate and always have a sellable demand.

The pricing, location, layout, amenities and after care service has to be second to none and priced at unbeatable rates, so our investors and tenants all win in our propositions, which is why today we enjoy 99% Occupancy rates on all our delivered projects.

Noticing a rush for economy housing since 2016 in Dubai and yields falling, we decided to produce our latest offering in Business Bay, centre of Dubai’s Business District at an unbeatable price, so that our investors would not be affected with the oversupply of low-cost properties coming to market and still attain unrivalled returns going into 2020 and beyond.
